In 2006, we took over the family estate with a new vision. Within just a few years, we tripled the size of our vineyard. And in 2012, instead of following the rules, we decided to break them: we bottled our own cognac and created PHILBERT.<\/strong> We do what we know best: working with nature, from the vine to the tasting glass.\r\nToday, our vineyard stretches across 160 hectares and 4 of the 5 crus of the Cognac appellation: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, and Bons Bois.<\/p>\r\n Each of us has its own workplace<\/strong> in Charente, one in \u00c9triac, the other in Touzac with its own vines, stills, and cellars. Different places, different approaches.<\/strong> Yet every decision is made together<\/strong>, and that balance is the soul of PHILBERT.<\/strong>\r\nThis way of working sparks what we value most: synergy, curiosity, and challenge<\/strong> \u2014 the energy that fuels our vision of Cognac.<\/p>\r\n For us, freedom<\/strong> is not just an idea, it\u2019s a way of living<\/strong>.
