Distiller Reserve

Distiller Reserve Petite Champagne

Xavier distills in Etriac: wines are carefully racked to obtain as much purity as possible. No lees are used for these very delicate cognacs, with fruity and floral aromas.

Distiller Reserve Grande Champagne

Pierre-Olivier distills in Touzac: using fine lees from the Grande Champagne area gives these cognacs robustness and complexity, with spicy and bakery notes.

Rare Cask Finish : Sherry Oloroso

We reinterpret the aging process : finishing in Oloroso Sherry casks enriches our cognacs with new aromas, toasted walnuts, almonds and red berries.

Dovecote

Crafted from the land We created Dovecote from rich fragrant fruits for a hearty cognac made from eaux-de-vie blended in oak casks and produced from a single area of vineyard. On a hilltop, the plot with the dovecote, this is the ideal exposure for the fruit to reach optimal maturity, and where the clay-limestone soil assimilates water regularly in summer.
